In the country side, nearby Leeuwarden and Groningen you can find apartments and B&B "Doosje" in Warfstermolen. The owners cordially invite you to taste the rustic vicinity and experience our hospitality. "Doosje" is situated on national park "Lauwersmeer". There you can find the most beautiful panoramas, a lot of space, a lot of nature and a lot of rest.
"Doosje" has a cosy library, a fireplace on the courtyard, an orchard, pollard willows, a herb garden with seats, a vegetable garden and a flower garden.
In apartments and B&B "Doosje" you can stay in the romantic rooms, the family house of on the orchard camping.
The rooms
All the rooms in "Doosje" are beautiful furnished.
You can choose from two rooms for two persons, a romantic Arabian Nights room for two persons or an elegant apartment for 4-5 persons.
Rooms "Steenuil" and "Kerkuil" are luxurious with a living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath tub, toilet and two wash-hand basins. You sleep in a four-poster bed or a cosy boxbed.
Room "Torenvalk" is an Arabian Night room. You sleep in a romantic four-poster bed. Your bathroom has a shower and a toilet. In the room there is an old-fashioned bath tub. This Arabian Night room is suited for two persons. In this room you can order breakfast on bed and a privat supper. Room "Buizerd" has two bedrooms for each two persons. The owners can put and extra (baby) bed in the room. There is a living room and a small kitchen. In the bathroom there is a bath tub, a shower, two wash-hand basins and a toilet.
The vicinity
In the vicinity of "Doosje" you don't have to bore yourself!
B&B "Doosje" is situated in the middle of nature where you can walk, cycle or take a small cruise. In the neighbourhood there are several authentic villages: historic Dokkum, Holwerd with its 2 kilometre long pier into the Waddenzee (shallow sea) or Hantumhuizen.
You can take a canoe trip in canoe village Winsum or visit the island Schiermonnikoog.
If it is raining you can take several cultural trip to a lot of museums. You can shop in Kollum with its nice shopping centre.
The playgroup for seals in Pieterburen is nearby.
